Who we are

FERN is a natty wine pop-up based in Jackson Hole, offering a curated selection of natural wines served with intention. Rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and connection, Fern was created by Ally Giorno—a visual artist, designer, and host with a love for thoughtful gatherings. We focus on small producers, expressive flavors, and a low-impact approach to wine making.

Fern pours wines that are organic, expressive, and full of story—favoring small producers and soulful sips. If a wine isn’t natural, we seek out organic, vegan, and biodynamic options to maintain our commitment to sustainability and quality. Our goal is to make wine feel approachable, inspiring, and a little bit magical.

Ally blends her background in art and design with a commitment to sustainability and simplicity. Nothing is overdone—just an atmosphere that feels grounded, refined, and quietly bold.

From weddings, art openings, and open mic nights to private dinners and employee parties, Fern elevates every occasion with design-forward presentation, warm service, and wines that speak for themselves. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a lively celebration, Fern brings people together with exceptional flavors and a touch of creativity.

Fern wouldn’t be possible without the incredible design and craftsmanship behind it: the logo was designed by Hunter Bryant, the wine walls were built by Henry Hawks, and my lovely partner, Stosh Czarniak—always moving those walls around—make it all possible.
